Deer Run Trail
The pond at the center of our subdivision is a part of the Clinton River Watershed, and acts as a retaining pond for the storm drain system running through our neighborhood.
The area surrounding the pond is a common area that the HOA is responsible to maintain. Over the years, much hard work has been put into designing and creating a walking trail through the surrounding common area woods.
All residents are welcome to enjoy the trail and the common area surrounding the pond.
